1/8 Beef Box

Each Box approximately 45LBs-55Lbs of Freezer Ready beef that includes a balanced mix of ground beef, steaks, roast and Specialty Cuts.

What to expect in each box: 20lb-30lbs of ground beef

6-10 steaks total 

Ribeye steaks, sirloin steaks, T-bone steaks or Porter House depending on Processing 

Filet Mignon portions when Available.

1-2 Roast such as Chuck roast, Rump roast, Sirloin Roast.

Specialty Cuts Depending On Availability

Short Ribs, Stew meat, Fajita Meat, Brisket Portion, Soup Bones.
